Steve
Watson Account
Supervisor |
|
| |
Steve
is a native Buckeye and received his degree
in Journalism and Economics from The Ohio
State University. Since arriving in Florida
in 1991, he served as the Media and Public
Relations Director for three separate Tampa
Bay advertising agencies over a nine-year
period. He also acted as Account Manager
for several clients including restaurants,
government agencies and business service
companies.
His advertising career
was diverted for a time when Steve decided
to start his own sports apparel and memorabilia
business. The retail sports store was a
successful and satisfying experience that
left him with a new set of skills and insights
from which to draw. Eventually though, Steve
returned to advertising in 2006 when he
joined The Clarke Group team as an Account
Supervisor. He not only brings with him
his advertising and public relations experience,
but a great understanding of the daily challenges
his clients face beyond marketing and advertising
decisions.
Along with his career accomplishments,
Steve served two terms as President of Ad
2 Tampa Bay and one term as Treasurer of
The Tampa Bay Advertising Federation. He
also held other committee positions in both
organizations. |
