What if I need content changes after approval?

We allow revisions for content that hasn’t been published yet. Major changes after approval or publication that require additional time or resources may be billed as an add-on. Clear deadlines for feedback will be shared to ensure timely posting.

What is the policy for cancellations or pauses?

Packages are billed monthly. A minimum 30-day notice is required to pause or cancel services. Any prepaid services for the month in which the notice is given are non-refundable. What is included in the monthly deliverables?

Each package specifies the number of posts, stories, reels, and platforms we manage. Deliverables include content creation, scheduling, and community engagement as outlined in your chosen package. Anything beyond this scope,such as additional platforms, posts, or specialized campaigns, will require a custom quote.

What if I want more or fewer posts?

Packages are designed for fixed deliverables. You can request add-ons or tailor services; we’ll provide custom quotes for those changes.

Who owns the content created for my business?

All content created for your brand as part of your package belongs to your business upon payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Can you guarantee specific results (followers, sales, engagement)?

While we focus on creating high-quality content and engaging posts, we cannot guarantee exact metrics such as followers, reach, or sales, because results depend on multiple external factors. We do provide detailed monthly analytics, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to maximize performance.

Can I participate in the web design process?

Absolutely! We encourage client involvement in the selection of pictures, color palettes, and fonts to ensure the website reflects your preferences. However, it’s important to note that direct participation in the design itself is not included in our standard packages.
