What does the $650/month package include?
Our Standard Package, priced at $650 per month, offers you the services of one dedicated designer and one dedicated account manager to handle your design projects. Enjoy unlimited revisions on your projects, with each project being addressed sequentially.
What is your customer support availability, and what are your office hours?
Our customer support operates from 8 am Central Florida time to 6 pm USA time.
Is there a limit to the number of revisions per project?
There are no limits on project revisions. However, please note that projects are addressed one by one, so a project must be finalized and approved, and the ticket must be closed before initiating a new one. Simultaneous project deployment is only possible when engaging a custom enterprise team with at least two full-time designers and one dedicated project manager.
How often do you bill clients?
For our Standard Package clients, we bill monthly. For dedicated designer and custom enterprise clients, we bill biweekly, on the 15th and 30th of each month.
How can I cancel the engagement if I wish to discontinue?
Cancelling is straightforward. You can simply contact your assigned account manager to request discontinuation, and we will promptly process it. It’s important to note that we do not offer pro-rated billings or refunds for all clients. Therefore, the end date of the engagement will correspond to the last paid date according to your contract.
How are my projects prioritized in the queue?
In the standard package, your projects are queued using a ticketing system. Although revisions are unlimited for each project, they are handled one at a time. Once a project is completed and finalized, you can promptly request the next one.
