We send your designs
Your designer will then send you the completed design for review in the native Adobe files as well as your requested exported file formats. Need a revision? No problem! Message your designer through our website or via email.
We start building the pages
Once you’re happy with the design, If you requested the page to be built on your website – our team will then get the assets from the designer and start building this inside of your account. This usually takes about 2 working days and includes testing from our team for both mobile and desktop viewing.
What does unlimited requests and revisions mean?

What does When does my designer work?
Our typical operating times are 8am UK time to 6pm UK time. We do sometimes work on projects outside of these hours but communication with your project manager will be available between these times.

Who maintains ownership of my web layout and designs?
You do. It is crucial that you retain ownership to protect your legal rights. Whether we manage your domain registration or you handle it yourself, you will always remain the owner.
Are stock photos included, and can I provide my own images?
Yes, we provide stock photos, and we utilize royalty-free images from various sources. We can also include your own images if preferred. However, we always recommend that our clients provide the best pictures for each section and page of the website. We suggest using real pictures of their team, office, and any other relevant photography that makes their website unique and original. While royalty-free images are great, a great website looks better when a business takes its marketing process seriously, so clients can translate this part of their marketing professionalism into their services.
How do I share the necessary files for my website?
To facilitate a seamless design process, we request that clients create a Google Drive or Dropbox folder containing all the necessary pictures for each section of every page. We also accept videos and pictures for backgrounds if you prefer. It’s important to provide these materials within 30 days to ensure timely progress in the selection and integration of photos and videos into the design.
Are the mentioned rates applicable to all web platforms?
Yes, the rates we quote are applicable to CMS (Content Management System) websites, including popular platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Kajabi, and Kartra. If you have a different web platform in mind or require a custom solution, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide you with a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
Does the Unlimited package include brand design services?
