Everything we do takes at least 1-2 business days, sometimes more. Something that’s complicated or has a lot of moving parts will obviously take more time. So, we will make this clear to you ahead of time.

We work on one task a time. This means until your task is completed and finished with the revision process we will not start the next task.

After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email that outlines how to request your first design task. You must also complete on boarding which includes listing of your first design task, which takes 1-2 business days. Once you send in your first task we will hand-match you to your dedicated account manager and designer (plan permitting) and you will be on your way to getting great designs!

The majority of our clients use us for marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, banner ads and so forth. Super complex tasks such as website redesigns aren’t a good fit for Designhill Tasks. Our service is best used for creative requests that you can reasonably explain/show in an email. Online, offline, digital, print, promotional, event t-shirts!

You do! All work delivered to you via Designhill’s services is 100% the property of you and can be used however you see fit. Commercial use is fine, just give us a head’s up beforehand. We will sometimes feature client work on our Work Samples page or in other marketing material. If you’d prefer to be excluded from this, let us know.
