How long do I need to wait after submitting a ticket?

If it’s emergency we will work on your website immediately, if you have support requests that are not urgent we will tell you what is the estimated time ( it can be fast as 30 minutes and up to 24 hours )

What if I used all my support time?

We will always try to give our best for our customers and keep all the work within the monthly fee, but if we see that what you need will not fit within your plan you will be able to buy extra hours.

How many websites can I have under one plan?

Under every account you can have only one website, if you have multiple websites that you need support with please contact us.
